Methods

  1. Extracted "enriched" k-mers that are 5 median absolute deviations (MAD) away from median enrichment ratio
  2. Intersected k-mers with unique 51-mers or unique 100-mers
  3. Merged r1 and r2
  4. Intersected merged datasets between cutrun from 122920 and 022021
  5. Aligned to T2Tv1 using bowtie1 (options -v 0 -a)
